Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

How to request

Contact us with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm the return address.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items

Perishable goods and personal-care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost.
